Our 3 Core Values:
1. Our Identity Is Innovation.
2. The Process Is Growth.
3. We lead with integrity.
Our roadmap: how we will get there
Three core values guide every decision we make, large or small: innovation, growth and integrity.
Innovation. We actively look for better ways of working, whether that means optimising our systems, using AI tools or adopting new recycling methods.
Growth. We aim to grow in everything we do. We measure and analyse our KPIs continuously so we can keep improving our results and our business.
Integrity. We lead with integrity, which is why we commit to being transparent at every step. Every six months, we will publish an update on our progress, our goals and our achievements.
Data you can compare
We will share the key data we collect at our events. In our industry, the biggest challenge is not collecting data. It is having a reliable reference point to measure it against. That is why we are working with our partners to establish the right industry benchmarks, so our results are accurate and can be compared against them.
On the road to 0% food waste
Over the coming months, we are refining our food waste management plan to reduce and prevent waste at every event. We will do this by connecting our data tools directly to our operations, from purchasing and portion planning to on-site service, so that every decision is based on real event data.
Our long-term goal is zero food waste. We will report our progress against this goal in our six-monthly updates
On the road to 0% single-use plastics and sisposables
We are committed to eliminating single-use plastics and disposable materials before, during and after our events. This becomes a key focus of our roadmap from 2028. In the meantime, we are already reducing single-use items wherever possible.
Goals 2027-2028
Goals 2029-2030
We are committed to achieving all of our goals before 2030, and we will publish an update on our progress every six months. We are currently exploring how our goals and results can be independently reviewed.
Our ambitions also reflect the European Union’s own targets. The EU has set its first binding food waste targets: by the end of 2030, food waste in retail, restaurants, food services and households must be reduced by 30% per person, compared with the 2021–2023 average.¹ With our goal of zero food waste, we have deliberately chosen to go beyond the efforts already in place.

Reducing CO₂ emissions by more than 50%
CO₂ emissions are among the largest sources of an event’s environmental impact. They come from vendors, guests and the venue, before, during and after the event. That is why we provide a plan designed to reduce these emissions by more than 50% compared with the industry benchmark for comparable events. Our goal is to achieve this reduction before the end of 2029.
Reducing water use by more than 50%
We measure the water used at each event and have a plan in place to reduce average water use by more than 50% compared with the industry benchmark for comparable events.
